WISHLIST Online Fashion store provides worldwide delivery.

Please, note, that major part of the goods offered in our web-store, are not stocked, but are sent to us from regional warehouses, from our suppliers.

Therefore, the total delivery period may vary from 7 to 14 working days.  You will be informed about any delay that may occur within this time. Goods that have – Ready to ship status, will be dispatched to you next working day after we receive your clear payment. Goods that have – Available to order status, are in stock at our supplier’s warehouse and will be dispatched to you as soon as we get them from our warehouse in Latvia.

 

You can choose STANDARD DELIVERY which is provided by National post office . You will receive your order at the nearest post office providing valid proof of identity and signature. Customer should note that not all countries provide tracking number for standard shipping. Delivery time is up to 14 working days across Europe starting from dispatch day*. Please, be aware that delivery time to remote regions may take a longer period.

Tracking number will be sent to you via email, you also will be able to check it in Your Account.

 

We also offer DOOR TO DOOR delivery, which is provided by  .Delivery time estimated to 1-3 days to Latvia, Lithuania, Estonia and 3-8 days from dispatch day to the rest of Europe. Please, be aware that delivery time to remote regions may take a longer period.

Total shipping fees will be calculated at the checkout and will depend on the destination country and weight.

Tracking number will be sent to you via email, you also will be able to check it in Your Account.

*Dispatch day – the day when your order shipped out from our office in Latvia and tracking number was provided to you.

 

RETURNS

Was the product different than you expected or do you just need to change the size? No problem! Please, keep in mind you have 14 days to decide if you want to return your product(s), beginning from the time you receive your package.

 

You will find RETURN FORM in the parcel, together with your order.

 

Remember it is you, the customer, who is responsible for the return until we have received and registered it. It can sometimes take up to 14 days for a return to come to us and to be processed at our store.

 

RETURNS CRITERIA

In order for us to process your return, please make sure that the garment is in the original condition you received it, i.e:

  • Tags still attached
  • Unworn
  • Unwashed
  • Unstained
  • Unperfumed

Please note that returns, which do not comply with the above criteria, will automatically, be returned to sender, so please be careful when trying on your item.
These conditions do not apply to faulty goods.

REFUNDS

After our warehouse has received your return and verified that all of the conditions have been met, you will receive a confirmation e-mail.

 

It takes 3-5 working days to process your refund, from the date we’ve received your parcel.

 

Refund times depend on the payment method used when purchasing.

 

Please note, delivery fees are not refundable.
